Location not far from Nantes/shopping district, the buses and pubs, restaurant, cycling station, shops, supermarkets. Good value for money and sensational choices for the breakfast. Friendly efficient and wonderfully helpful staff at all times.

The Mercure had a convenient location near two beautiful squares and lots of restaurants. The air conditioning worked well during hot weather, a relief. Our superior room had extra space and a great view of the street. Breakfast offered local products, which I appreciated, though the selection was somewhat basic. The room was clean, but the lighting could have been better. The staff were friendly and helpful. A few more toiletries would have been nice. A pleasant stay but with areas to improve.

Snagged some good local eats nearby, including sensational desserts! The hotel is close to culinary havens like Aux petits oignons and Le Boudoir, serving up mouthwatering dishes. Plus, the room was stylish and clean!
I encountered a bit of a mix-up with my room.

Well run Hotel in an excellent City Centre location. Breakfast was great, really nice staff who were very helpful in English to a no more than average French speaker. Rooms were of a good size, clean and tidy. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Instructions about Parking arrangements could do with being clearer on the Hotel website. The Hotel is in the middle of the Nantes one way system and difficult if not impossible by Car, the Sat Nav is useless. Eventually we got parking on a deal in Parking Graslin with great help from the Hotel

Enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Very central and easy to find.
I felt i missed it not having a bar but then i new it didn't in advance. I also agreed with other comments about this hotel I felt the breakfast area was too small but their breakfast was good.
